2. What the service is

Ligovo is an online platform for team managers, players or tournament organizers that lets you manage teams, build line-ups, manage players and track statistics. The service is provided exclusively through its web interface.

3. Eligibility (18+)

The service is intended exclusively for persons who have reached the age of 18. Only a person with legal capacity who meets this age condition may be a registered user.

4. Account registration and responsibility for credentials

• To make full use of the service you register with an email and a password and verify your email address, or with a Google account.
• You are responsible for protecting your password and for all activity carried out from your account. You can change your password at any time.
• When registering, you choose whether you will use the service as a team manager, player or tournament organizer; the range of available features adapts to your choice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully only and in particular you may not:

• conceal your identity or provide untrue information about yourself;
• access the service by automated means in a way that burdens or disrupts its operation (circumventing bot protection is prohibited);
• attempt unauthorised access to other users’ data;
• abuse the interface or technical shortcomings of the service;
• send unsolicited communications to other users.

To protect the service we limit the rate of requests to sensitive functions (sign-in, registration, password reset) and use bot protection.

6. Accuracy of data and prohibition of unlawful content

The data you provide within your profile and team must be accurate and you may obtain it only to the extent your relationship to the relevant persons entitles you to. In the case of players this may include data you are authorised to process on behalf of the team. It is prohibited to enter into the service any content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory or that infringes the rights of third parties.

7. Availability and changes to the service

We strive to provide the service smoothly; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may develop the service - features may be added, changed or removed. Material changes are announced in an appropriate way within the service.

8. Suspension, restriction and termination of the account

If you breach these terms or if there is suspicion of abuse, we may restrict or suspend your account. You may close your own account at any time directly in the application, in your profile settings; a closed account can be restored within 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted. 9. Intellectual property

The rights to the Ligovo application, its design, brand and software belong to the operator. The content you enter into the service as a user remains yours; however, you grant us a limited right to process it to the extent necessary to provide the service.

10. Paid features and subscriptions

The service is currently provided without payment features and subscriptions. There are no active payment mechanisms in the service. The operator reserves the right to introduce pricing or subscriptions for some features at a later date; such features will be subject to separate agreement.

11. Limitation of liability

We provide the service in the state and to the extent available and are not liable for damages you might suffer in connection with its use, except where this is prohibited by generally binding legal regulation. These terms exclude liability for indirect damages, loss of profit and loss of data to the widest extent permitted by law.

12. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. We resolve disputes by agreement in the first instance; in the case of a contractual dispute the competent court is determined by general regulations. Consumer matters are handled by the competent alternative dispute resolution body.

13. Effectiveness and changes to the terms

The terms take effect on the date shown in the header. The operator reserves the right to update them appropriately; the current text is always available in the service. Material changes will be brought to your attention within the service.
